At Keywest Design, our core mission is to Create, Execute, and Manage exceptional
restaurant concepts while nurturing each outlet from the ground up to ensure optimal
investment returns and ROI. We bring professional expertise to the table, understanding
that creating an outlet for an investor is just the beginning. Effective management and
execution are key to our approach, especially recognizing that not all entrepreneurs
come from an F&B background.
Our strength lies in our core technical team, which collectively boasts over 25 years of
international F&B experience across various fields, including Finance, Operations, Food,
Systems, and Franchise.
Currently, Keywest Design proudly manages brands such as The Studs Sports Bar and Grill,
India’s first premium luxury sports bar.
Our vision is to exponentially diversify and expand by establishing leading restaurants,
sports bars, and QSR chains, delivering quality food and service in major cities across
India. Our ultimate goal is to extend our unique, concept-driven dining experiences to a
global audience, offering exceptional international cuisine around the world.

The Visionaries Behind KeywestDesign
Ritika Tiwari, an accomplished interior designer, brings a wealth of creative expertise to our team at Keywest Design. With extensive experience in crafting innovative and functional spaces, Ritika has a proven track record of working on high-profile projects and collaborating with leading brands. Her background in interior design contributes significantly to our company's ability to create compelling and unique restaurant concepts.
In addition, our team benefits from a dedicated expert in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry with an impressive 18-year career in core F&B operations. This professional holds a degree in Hotel Management and has extensive international experience gained from visiting over 60 countries worldwide. They bring a wealth of global practices and F&B expertise to the table. Their background includes managing large-scale bars, creating F&B systems, and conducting P&L analysis. Career highlights include working on international cruise ships and collaborating with renowned brands such as Olive Bar & Kitchen, California Pizza Kitchen, TGI Fridays, and Canvas Laugh Club. Notably, one of their significant achievements was co-founding The Studs Sports Bar, which achieved national recognition when it was featured on Star Sports London Relay during the ICC World Cup 2019 and 2020 broadcasts. Their diverse experiences make them a valuable asset to Keywest Design.
